On 2019-01-19, a Twitter account was uncovered by the handle @KnoxJ2019 that was posting a series of small puzzles looking for people to solve them. The solving of these puzzles lead to a phrase TRUST NO MORE which was the name of a site as was posted by the Twitter account KnoxJ's real name seems to be John Knox.(would have never guessed it right?)

Phase 1
A number was found in a youtube video of the youtuber Keralis which revealed a document that translated into "phase 1 initiated"
Keralis is a good friend of Knox. Knox went to Sweden to visit Keralis in between episode one and two of City Skylines season four.
The video was found after Keralis mentioned Knox in a tweet talking about tender.
