Hotel Samsara was an ARG that began with an update to SOMA, and ultimately teased the next game from the developers of SOMA, Frictional Games.
Discovery
On September 22, 2025, SOMA was updated to add a new email to the protagonist's PC. The body of this email was mostly legible, and had occasional "corruptions" whereby a letter of the email was substituted for a series of symbols. The end of the email read:
