The CP2077 Announcement ARG was a mini-ARG created by CDPR as part of their presentation for the game Cyberpunk 2077.
HAX
On the 10th of June, 2018, during Microsoft's E3 presentation slot, a "hacker" interrupted the speaker, as a part of the trailer reveal for Cyberpunk 2077.
Players discovered that the hack included redeemable codes for GOG, and an IP address
212.91.11.20
Quadra

Players discovered that the IP resolved to https://www.cyberpunk.net/en/quadra/, which included a password prompt, and the welcome message:
WELCOME TO QUADRA - THE HIGH-PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE SOLUTIONS WITH A SOUL. PLEASE ENTER YOUR QUADRA VIP USER CREDENTIALS.
The login field was pre-filled with QUADRA V-TECH. Players discovered that the QUADRA V-Tech was the name of the car shown in the Cyberpunk 2077 trailer, and its registration plate NC20 CP77 was the password.
A limited number of players were granted access, and were requested to enter their email address.
After which, the message on the site changed to display USER QUOTA MET.
On the 13th of June, players who gained access received an email from QUADRA requesting their address to receive a "QUADRA VIP Welcome Package."
The recipients revealed that the package was a QUADRA styled CP2077 t-shirt in a QUADRA box.
Trauma Team

On 22nd of August, The Cyberpunk 2077 twitter channel posted 4 concept art images.
It was discovered that the 4th image, contained bit.ly/2kxfbfb on one of the shop signs in the background, which when followed, led to an image.
Hidden within the hex of the image was a comment that read:
Cesar said: oaawz://jku-s-tra.jkwyvqlraylk.jvt/pthnl/zljvuk.qwn
When decoded with a ROT-7 Caesar cipher, it became https://cdn-l-mkt.cdprojektred.com/image/second.jpg
It led to a second image which read:
C:\>Can'talk. They're watching. Need my TT insurance renewed ASAP. use the provided ID. Counting on you.
Players realised that the acronym TT referred to Trauma Team.

Upon entering the Trauma Team International website, players found that the chatbot named David required a User ID to communicate further.
It was discovered that the numbers 0374337573334 from the leet in the first image was the Login ID that David was seeking.
After logging in, players were able to purchase Trauma Team Insurance from David, and upon doing so, received a 10 character code, and were directed to input it in the My Orders section of the site.
After entering their codes, players were prompted to enter their email addresses, and after doing so, received a message:
Thank you for your time. Please note that due to increased user activity the process may take up to 7 days.
On the 26th of August, after four days, players who gave their email addresses, received an email from Trauma Team, requesting the recipient's address to send them a package.
Included with the email was an invoice, and an image, which players discovered was a Grille cipher, with the key being the back of the QUADRA t-shirt.
It was subsequently decoded as saying MONDAY.
On the 27th of August, CDPR began streaming a Base64 string on their official Twitch channel.
Players were able to extract the string using OCR, and when decoded into hexadecimal, and converted, resulted in a singular image.
After the stream, CDPR presented a gameplay demo of Cyberpunk 2077.
