Tenth Glyph
From December 28th, 2017, onwards, typing WHOIS on the Waking Titan website returns the following: #WHATIS1.5. In addition, the 10th glyph was made active, and linked to a Google Drive folder, which contained community-made pictures of the NMS logo in an infinite mirror.
The titles of the photos, when strung together and skipping the 00 (empty) ones, were hexidecimal for moirrr, which is an anagram for mirror. Additionally, the hexidecimals in the correct order for the word mirror can be found on the bottom of the Myriad website.
Also of note is the background of the tenth glyph, which reads:
Dear Elizabeth We have finished processing 10,000 passes as per your requirements. You should have them in time for the next phase. I really hope you will like the final product. Kind regards, Gail
The allusion to 10,000 passes is likely a reference to the Level 4 Atlas passes that were promised to ARG players as part of earlier phases. As of now, the identity of "Gail" is unknown.
Atlas Passes
On January 17th, 2018, the first CSD user received his Atlas Pass. The passes are made from cardstock, with a textured pass printed on it. The front had the text WAKING TITAN, below that the CSD category the user belonged in. Below that a series of hexidecimals 70686f656e6978 can be found, which after decoding, translates to PHOENIX. On the back the owner's CSD-ID was written down, along with a serial number telling you what pass out of 10,000 you have, and a number at the top.
It is strongly reccomended to not cover up the hex underneath your signature, and to share the number above and below your CSD ID if you are in posession of a pass. Preferably with a picture of the front, as shown to the right. For a list of all the atlas passes we currently know of, please refer to this spreadsheet.
Status Command Update
On January 20th, the status started updating. The first update occured at 17:44 GMT Time.
The update period was this:

Calling the provided phone number yielded an audio sequence, which was translated via SSTV to different places with weather data, especially the data contained precipitation informations. The images themselves can be viewed to the right.
Upon decoding the text, ordering the list of locations in the image, yielded a sequence, where you can read off Index by Precipitation
Using the ordered text, indexing by precipitation (in alma the second index is o) this could be read:
CAFE BENE NINETEEN SAT
The text marked for a new live-drop happening in the previous livedrop location. Due to the old Cafe Bene closing, they added the Xxxxx XXX part in the status command update, to warn people about the new place. The new place's name is Outro NYC. The livedrop happened at 7PM New York time.
