Notes

At the moment the piece is shown, the Stranger is saying a bunch of numbers:

34 45 20 34 35 20 34 46 20 34 45 20 32 30 20 35 33 20 35 34 20 35 32 20 35 35 20 34 33 20 35 34 20 32 30 20 36 39 20 37 33 20 32 30 20 36 31 20 32 30 20 37 36 20 36 39 20 36 34 20 36 35 20 36 46 20 32 30 20 36 37 20 36 31 20 36 44 20 36 35 20 32 45

If you convert the text from hex to ASCII you get:

4E 45 4F 4E 20 53 54 52 55 43 54 20 69 73 20 61 20 76 69 64 65 6F 20 67 61 6D 65 2E

If you convert this from hex to ASCII again:
