To trigger the Easter Egg, 3 wine bottles as well as 3 weather vanes have to be destroyed in any order. 5 seconds later a house hanging from 3 red, blue and white balloons can be seen flying over the horizon to the west of the German spawn. This wiki page documents the Balloon House Easter Egg concealed in Battlefield 1, on the map Verdun Heights.
To trigger the Easter Egg, 3 wine bottles as well as 3 weather vanes have to be destroyed in any order. 5 seconds later a house hanging from 3 red, blue and white balloons can be seen flying over the horizon to the west of the German spawn.
